A Construction Certificate (Subdivision Works) involves the assessment of road and drainage civil engineering plans for subdivision works in accordance with a development consent and the legislative requirements.
A Construction Certificate (Private road and drainage) involves the assessment of private road and drainage for works that are will not be dedicated to Council in accordance with a development consent and the legislative requirements.
Compliance Certificates can be issued for design elements to confirm condition/s of consent. Compliance Certificate can also be issued to confirm completed works for subdivision or other works.
